1. 原料処理システム:	PE 素材は、ミキサー内で添加剤 (カラーマスターバッチなど) と均一に混合されます。その後、混合物は真空フィーダーを介して押出機の乾燥ホッパーに自動的に輸送され、そこで水分が除去されて PE 素材の含水率が 0.1% 以下に維持され、製品の品質が保証されます。
2.PEパイプ押出機:	The system is outfitted with an SJ65/33 high-efficiency single-screw extruder, which includes a 55KW energy-saving servo motor that reduces power consumption by approximately 20%. It also features a direct-drive gearbox for enhanced transmission efficiency and simplified maintenance, a wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant screw barrel made from 38CrMoALA alloy steel with nitriding treatment, an efficient heating system utilizing an infrared heating coil, and an automated temperature control system with an Omron temperature controller.
